POLICIES
A no call, no show will result in a 100% fee of total service booked. Attempt to cancel/reschedule at appointment start time are considered a no-show.
Appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 4 hours of the scheduled time will result in a $20 fee.
CANCELLATION

If you are more than 5 minutes late for your service, we will not be able to accommodate you. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show.
GRACE PERIOD
All tanning services, memberships, packages, and retail item purchases are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
All bookings must be made online. We do not take bookings over the phone, via text, or social media.
